A creamy soup made with smoked trevally, bacon and vegetables

Scallops
Pan fried scallops tossed with spaghetti, chorizo, tomato, beans, balsamic and gremolata.

Main  

Blue Eye
Baked Blue Eye on borlotti beans, roast zucchini, eggplant and capsicum with sweet corn puree and pappa di pomadoro sauce.

Lamb

Lamb back straps served medium with baked polenta, roquette, roasted potatoes and capsicum with basil pesto and red onion jam. 

Fish & Chips 

Todays fresh fish crumbed in Japanese breadcrumbs with tartar, chips and salad.

Dessert

Sticky Date Pudding

served with butterscotch sauce and double cream.

Lemon Ricotta Cake

served with limoncillo syrup and double cream.
